Primary duty model: Remote‑firstOn‑site work: Only when specifically authorized by the Government (e.g., planned maintenance, migrations, or incident response)Travel: Infrequent and pre‑approvedThe role involves the design, implementation, and management of Cisco Unified Communications systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting telecommunications systems, configuring and optimizing Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions, and providing technical support to ensure smooth operation of communication systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders will also be a key part of the role to achieve project objectives.QualificationsStrong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving Unified Communications and network-related issuesExpertise in Telecommunications Systems and Network DesignExperience with Voice over IP (VoIP) implementation and supportProficiency in providing Technical Support for UC technologiesHands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications products, including CUCM, CUC, and UCCXCCNA Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration certification preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external teamsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
