We treat recruiters like entrepreneurs, and are building the infrastructure and relationships that power success.About You:We are looking for an entrepreneurial operator to build and scale out a worldclass portfolio of recruiting firms. As an account manager for our supply-side,you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business owners — helping them optimize theirParaform usage, improve day-to-day operations, and identify opportunities togrow revenue and performance. This is one of the most cross-functional,high-leverage roles at Paraform. You’ll work directly with our top agencies todesign new systems, and drive liquidity across the marketplace.What You'll Do:Manage a book of business, manage high stakes relationships with recruitersBe a friendly face, partner and advise top recruiters on growth strategy andoperational excellenceScale the supply engine. Identify bottlenecks from onboarding to retention and design systems that help recruiters performRun marketplace experiments. Test incentive programs, workflows, andautomations that improve liquidityBridge ops and product. Translate daily insights into internal tools andproduct improvementsMassive impact.
