Account Manager
We’re hiring an Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of strategic consulting clients. This role blends day-to-day account service, account expansion support, and consultant engagement management—working closely with senior leadership to ensure strong delivery and client satisfaction. This position requires travel to different client sites on a regular basis and is focused primarily on the West Coast (expect to travel 60%).
What you’ll do
Manage day-to-day account operations and client service across multiple accounts (West Coast)
Support account expansion: research, connect-the-dots, and growth initiatives
Build client-ready presentations (consultant introductions, solution overviews)
Attend scoping calls and help translate needs into talent matches and next steps
Manage engagement operations: SLAs, escalations, onboarding support, ongoing consultant POC
Handle contracts: SOWs, change orders, extensions
Own weekly status reporting: review updates, surface insights/risks, coordinate follow-ups
Support client events and relationship-building activities
What we’re looking for
Account management / client success experience in consulting or professional services (5+ Years of Experience)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Organized, proactive, service-minded; comfortable managing multiple priorities/books of business
Experience supporting enterprise accounts (5+ Years of experience)
