Casting Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and proactive Casting Coordinator to support a fast-paced animation production team. This role will focus on talent onboarding, payroll administration, scheduling, and coordination with talent, agents, recording studios, and internal production teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and experienced working in a production or entertainment environment.Duration: 6-MonthsLocation: Los Angeles, CACompensation: $30–$32/hourResponsibilitiesCoordinate talent onboarding, payroll documentation, timecards, and related paperwork while ensuring accuracy and complianceSchedule and support recording sessions, serving as a point of contact for talent, agents, studios, and production stakeholdersPartner with payroll and production teams to track deadlines, resolve documentation issues, and maintain organized records across multiple productions.Qualification2+ years of experience in animation production, talent coordination, payroll administration, casting support, or a related fieldExperience working directly with talent, agencies, recording studios, or production teamsStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detailFamiliarity with entertainment payroll systems such as GreenSlate, Cast & Crew, or Entertainment Partners is preferredKnowledge of animation production workflows, talent onboarding, and SAG-AFTRA processes is a plusWe will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
