The Marketing Account Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting day-to-day client account activities and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives. This role includes coordinating projects and timelines, organizing internal and external communications, and assisting with developing marketing briefs, campaigns, reports, and presentations. The Marketing Account Coordinator will support campaign planning and implementation, help prepare for events or virtual activations, and track tasks and deliverables across multiple stakeholders. The role also involves assisting with proposal development, liaising with sales and account teams, and implementing and monitoring campaign performance metrics for reporting and optimization. Collaboration with creative, digital, and strategy teams will be key to maintaining high-quality client service and on-time delivery. For remote work privileges, employee monitoring applications are employed. Financial Industry Experience is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.QualificationsStrong Communication and writing skills to manage client interactions, internal coordination, and clear documentation.Proficiency in Project Management to organize timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.Experience or interest in Sales support and account coordination, including assisting with proposals and client presentations.Event Planning capabilities to help coordinate virtual or in-person marketing events and client activations.Comfort with digital marketing tools, basic analytics, and CRM or project management platforms (e.g., Facebook, Monday.com, SnapChat, Spotify, HubSpot, or similar).Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or agency environments is preferred but not required.Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
