We build across the Tulsa and Oklahoma City metros with an in-house drafting team that owns construction documentation from concept to permit. We don’t outsource design or drawing production — the work happens here, by people who know residential construction.We’re looking for an experienced drafter who can step in and take ownership of complex drawing tasks without needing a long runway. You’ll develop full construction document sets, manage plan revisions across an active library, and collaborate directly with project managers and field teams. This is an independent contributor role — we expect you to bring judgment, not just execution.WHAT YOU WILL DODevelop complete construction document packages from concept layouts and design intent — floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailsIncorporate new elevation styles and architectural features onto existing floor plans, ensuring design consistency and constructabilityProduce and coordinate complex plan revisions and design modifications with accuracy and speedInterpret and translate structural, mechanical, and site coordination inputs into buildable drawing setsMaintain and improve plan documentation across an active library of residential plan setsCollaborate with project managers and field teams to resolve drawing conflicts and support permit submissionsIdentify coordination issues and constructability problems before they reach the fieldWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR5+ years of residential drafting experience — this is a hard requirementAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD; Bluebeam experience requiredDemonstrated ability to develop construction documents from rough layouts or design narrativesStrong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codesSharp eye for coordination issues — you catch problems before they become field callsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentClear communicator who can explain drawing decisions to both technical and non-technical team membersCOMPENSATIONSTARTING SALARY$75,000 / YearCommensurate with experienceEARNING POTENTIAL$100,000+Based on performance and contributionCompensation reflects your experience and depth of contribution.
