You will step into a highly collaborative environment where you will translate client goals into merchandise solutions, manage vendor relationships, and oversee order pipelines from ideation to final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesInteract directly with US-based clients via phone and email to understand marketing needs, pitch creative merchandise concepts, and provide top-tier day-to-day serviceDevelop compelling client presentations and marketing boards using Canva or PowerPoint; accurately generate quotes and artwork proofsReview final work products to ensure they meet client requests, map out critical next steps, and delegate tasks to keep timelines on trackPartner with factories to verify inventory, secure shipping estimates, request mockups, and track sample ordersManage client orders within NetSuite ERP/CRM systems and analyze data points to monitor project impact and vendor invoice accuracyMust-Have RequirementsMinimum of 5+ years of total professional experience, including a proven track record of working directly for a US-based company3+ years of professional experience specifically within the marketing, events, or promotional products industriesNative-level proficiency in written and spoken English, with the confidence to lead phone consultations with US corporate clientsObsessively structured, organized, and detailed. You are a self-motivated multitasker who naturally visualizes the end goal and proposes the processes to reach itProficient with (or able to quickly master) Google Suite, Canva, HubSpot, Slack, Trello, and SalesforceA history of meeting strict deadlines while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitudeNice-to-Have RequirementsA college degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Economics, or Behavioral SciencesA natural interest in commerce, marketing, or psychologyWhy Join UsThis role places you at the center of a creative and dynamic industry where your proactivity is highly valued.
