Virtual Administrative Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish) Fully Remote | U.S. Applicants OnlyWe are a boutique tax and accounting firm seeking a reliable, organized, bilingual Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our team with client communication, phone calls, email management, and daily administrative tasks. This role is fully remote, and candidates can be located in NY, NJ, or PA.About the RoleYou will be responsible for answering client calls, managing inboxes, sending follow-up emails, and keeping administrative tasks organized and on track. You should be comfortable communicating in English and Spanish, working independently, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls in English and SpanishRespond to client emails clearly and professionallyManage and organize multiple email inboxesSend reminders, follow-ups, and client communicationsSupport client onboarding by collecting documents, sending checklists, and tracking progressMaintain organized digital files and recordsPrepare simple templates and messages for clientsAssist with general administrative tasks as neededQualificationsBilingual: English and Spanish (written and verbal)Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or virtual assistanceStrong phone and email communication skillsHighly organized with attention to detailComfortable handling deadlines and managing multiple tasksExperience with Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspacePositive attitude and dependable work habitsAble to work independently and follow clear processesCompensation$22 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.ScheduleFully remoteMust have consistent availability during standard business hours (EST)them.LIC Tax is an equal opportunity employer.
