Role: Full Stack Engineer – Azure & AI IntegrationLocation: Remote Required Skills & Experience10+ years of overall IT experience in application development and delivery8+ years of hands‑on experience in:React.js for frontend developmentNode.js and/or Java (Spring Boot) for backend servicesStrong experience in building and consuming APIs5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure AD, etc.)5+ years of experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, JenkinsStrong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and best practicesExperience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative developmentExperience in AI Builder / AI‑assisted development (high‑level usage)Experience in integrating AI services or copilots into applicationsExperience In microservices architectureExperience In Power Platform / low‑code toolsExperience with Cloud security and compliance awarenessHealthcare / enterprise domain experienceProven experience working in Agile / Scrum frameworksKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop modern web applications using React for frontend and Node.js / Java for backendBuild and maintain APIs and microservicesDeploy and manage applications on Microsoft AzureImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deploymentIntegrate AI capabilities (AI Builder / AI services) to enhance automation and user experienceCollaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile/Scrum practicesParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectivesEnsure performance, security, and scalability of applicationsProvide technical guidance and support to junior team members when required
