Administrative Support Coordinator

Job Description Position Summary:Responsible for performing clerical tasks with the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Duties include creating, organizing, and managing digital and paper files, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting inbox and calendar management. The role requires professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.Additional responsibilities include researching and analyzing small business data using platforms such as SBA.gov and SAM.gov, assisting with outreach forecasting, and fostering vendor connections. Event planning duties involve scheduling, preparing agendas, arranging catering and travel, and managing logistics. Other administrative duties as assigned.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate, organize, and maintain digital and paper filing systemsMaintain accurate records and prepare reportsSupport inbox and calendar managementResearch and analyze small business data using SBA.gov and SAM.govAssist with outreach forecasting activitiesFoster and maintain vendor connectionsCoordinate and support outreach eventsSchedule meetings and eventsPrepare agendas and meeting materialsArrange catering and travel accommodationsManage event logisticsCommunicate professionally with internal and external stakeholdersPerform additional administrative duties as assignedRequired Education, Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBusiness coursework or related Associate degree preferredMinimum of 6 to 10 years of administrative experience required, preferably in a government or small business-related environmentStrong organizational skills and task management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with databases and project management toolsProven ability to coordinate events, maintain schedules, and meet deadlinesPositive attitude with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholdersPhysical RequirementsOccasionally during an eight-hour shift, extensive standing or walking may be required to support outreach eventsIn-office work is primarily sedentaryAbility to lift 20–30 pounds unassistedAdditional RequirementsMust submit to a driver's license check and clear MVRWork hours are typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through FridaySome dates may require working 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday through FridayDress code is business professional/business casualMust be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent ResidentJoin the Cross Resource Group Team!At Cross Resource Group, we value our employees and are dedicated to providing a rewarding and inclusive work environment.
