Job DescriptionPosition Title: Compliance Data Scientist Co-opNumber of positions: 1Duration: 4 monthsDate: September - December 2026Location: Hybrid - New JerseyEducation: Currently a candidate for a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field at an accredited U.S. school.How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Identify and implement automated processes to collect, integrate and utilize data from various sources to facilitate combining, analyzing and visualizing the information. Improve or create new Microsoft PowerBI's reports to provide practical, useful data insights. Identify and implement opportunities using AI to query and analyze data and produce practical outputs that can improve business decisions and processes. Identify and implement opportunities using AI or application programming to directly automate or create more effective compliance controls and process efficiencies. Key Skills And ExperienceKnowledge of data analysis, data architecture, and data visualization concepts.Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI.Familiarity with AI tools or machine learning concepts used for data analysis and automation.Programming or scripting experience in languages such as Python, SQL, or similar technologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.It would be nice if you also had:Experience working with large or complex datasets.Understanding of process automation or workflow optimization.Experience collaborating across diverse teams and global environments.Interest in compliance, governance, or business operations.About UsAdvancing connectivity to secure a brighter world.Nokia is a global leader in connectivity for the AI era.
