This role focuses on advising condominium, homeowners’ association (HOA), and cooperative clients in one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic areas of law.This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with litigation or general practice experience who are interested in transitioning into a more advisory, client-facing role within a stable and specialized practice.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as counsel to community association clients including HOAs, condominiums, and cooperativesAdvise boards and property managers on governance, compliance, and operational mattersDraft and review contracts, governing documents, and legal correspondenceHandle a range of legal issues including disputes and general counsel mattersProvide timely, responsive, and high-quality client serviceQualifications3 to 5 years of legal experienceActive Florida Bar admission requiredStrong legal writing, communication, and organizational skillsExperience in litigation or general practice preferredClient-focused mindset with a commitment to excellencePreferred QualificationsPrior experience with community association (HOA or condominium) mattersInterest in developing expertise in a specialized and growing legal nicheExperience working directly with boards or client stakeholdersApplyFor immediate consideration, please apply or send your resume confidentially to:
