This position involves drafting coverage opinions and position letters, as well as supporting coverage litigation in both state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will bring strong research and writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to contribute effectively within a team-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage general liability and third-party construction defense matters independently from inception through resolutionDraft high-quality motions, pleadings, and discovery documentsRepresent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrationsMaintain regular communication with clients, offering updates and strategic guidanceCollaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters and contribute to case strategyQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Florida3-7 years of litigation experience with a strong understanding of case management (experience in insurance coverage preferred)Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skillsProven ability to handle multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, organized, and able to work both independently and collaborativelyBenefits PackageOur partner is committed to supporting the well-being, growth, and financial future of its team members.
