(Yes/No)GENERAL SUMMARYThe Email Developer/Digital Designer will develop and execute a range of email campaigns—including promotional, triggered and transactional—using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink, and other automation tools. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams including Email Marketing, Member Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, and the Digital Design team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-sufficient and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESBuild email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink and related toolsEdit and troubleshoot design/code during the proofing process across all platforms (Figma, Salesforce, Movable Ink)Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and style conventionsPartner with Email Marketing to understand deployment schedulesManage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain high-quality outputStay current on email best practices, ESP capabilities and emerging technologiesProvide creative and innovative solutions to improve campaign performanceParticipate in ongoing process improvements and adapt to evolving business needsJOB REQUIREMENTS3–5+ years' experience in digital design and email developmentBachelor's degree in Design, Media Arts or a related fieldStrong portfolio showcasing digital/email design workProficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESP), Movable InkFamiliarity with data integrations and APIsExperience with triggered, transactional and journey-based emailsAdvanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver (or other coding tools), CMS platforms, and project tools like Monday.comStrong knowledge of AMP script, HTML/CSS and JavaScriptDetail-oriented, efficient and creatively driven problem-solverSelf-starter and works well on their own with minimal guidanceStrong communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendorsExperience in e-commerce or retail environmentsPassion for beauty and deep understanding of the beauty industry, especially Ulta Beauty's products and guestsNice to have:Video editing or animation experienceTo discuss this amazing opportunity, reach out to our Talent Acquisition Specialist Faizan Mohammed at email address can be reached on # 630-576-9037.About generis tek: generis tek is a boutique it/professional staffing based in Chicago land.
