We're passionate about education, innovation, and helping students achieve long-term success. *Bring your passion for skincare and teaching to life! *As an Esthetics Instructor, you'll:Teach students hands-on skills in skincare, facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup, hair removal and more!Lead fun, engaging classroom and clinic sessions using the Milady curriculum and ESI digital platforms. Coach students on professional conduct, client care, and real-world job readiness. Keep your lessons aligned with Georgia State Board and ESI standards. Celebrate your students' progress and offer constructive criticism when needed. We are here to help them spread their wings in the real world. You will create and manage assessments while helping those students who may need some extra assistance. Maintain an immaculate environment. We take great pride in our school, and that includes all of us, teamwork!Instruct curriculum exercises based on program requirements while offering feedback to leadership on our courses, we are always wanting to improve!Administrative duties that support our students such as entering grades and academic credits into our online system. Who You AreLicensed Esthetician in Georgia (Instructor License required). 3+ years of professional spa or skincare experience. Confident communicator and enthusiastic mentor. Organized, tech-comfortable, and reliable.
