OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator supports marketing initiatives, proposal development, and collateral creation for the firm. This role ensures high-quality, timely, and accurate materials that support business development and client engagement in the AEC industry. Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you. Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of proposals(RFQ/RFP/Statements of Qualifications) and coordinate with internal teams to meet submission deadlinesMaintain CRM data, including leads, opportunities, and client contactsDevelop marketing collateral to support leadership and subject matter expertsWrite and edit content for proposals, presentations, and marketing materialsSupport marketing events, trade shows, and campaigns, including logistics and brand complianceParticipate in marketing meetings, continuing education activities, and other marketingrelated tasks as assignedSupports proposal development (RFQ/RFP/Statements of Qualifications) by collaborating with pursuit teams—including marketing staff and subject matter experts to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality submissionsCoordinates and develops various marketing collateralsto support firm leadership and SMEs, ensuring all content is comprehensive, consistent, compelling, and tailored to specific client needsAssists with general marketing duties, including internal and external marketing meetings, continuing educational activities, presentations, etcOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, English, or related fieldAEC-specific proposal development and coordination experience, including managing complex submittals in competitive environmentsProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Bluebeam RevuAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPositive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learnBenefits And PerksWe offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
