(Required)- Effective professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills. (Required)- Knowledge of the American Nurses Association (ANA)/Association of Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) scope and standards for Nursing Professional Development (Required)- Self-directed, creative, and demonstrates initiative to fulfill the seven roles of the NPD practitioner: learning facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader, champion for inquiry, advocate for the NPD specialty and partner for practice transitions. (Preferred)- Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards (e.g., CMS, OSHA) for professional specialty served.
