Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a VP of Professional Services with a strong background in client service, business development, and revenue generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, contributing to software sales, and managing team projects. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance, asset management, consulting, or a related field, and a proven track record in leadership and expert knowledge of relevant systems and processes. Actuarial software expertise, a thorough understanding of insurance and enterprise risk management, and an actuarial designation (FSA/FCAS or experienced ASA/ACAS) are preferred. The VP will also be involved in producing professional services revenue, collaborating with sales teams, and developing training programs for end users.Applicants for the VP of Professional Services position at the company should possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or progress towards it is a plus, and experience with asset/liability management is also desirable. The role is client-facing and requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, project-oriented environment.
