We’re Hiring: Construction Project Manager Location: New London, MN Compensation: $85K–$115K annually Travel Requirement: 15–20% Dahmes Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale industrial projects in the food processing equipment sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on guiding complex builds from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring projects are executed with excellence and precision. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources with accuracy Build strong client partnerships and coordinate subcontractor activities Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality inspections Lead site operations and commissioning efforts Utilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline 3–5 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction Strong proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and SolidWorks PMP certification preferred but not required Why Join Dahmes?
