Job Superintendent

We are seeking a motivated Job Superintendent to join our team and lead construction projects from start to finish! This role is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors and job supervisors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality control, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills who can effectively manage multiple aspects of construction management while building positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.Job DescriptionA Job Superintendent is responsible for completing the following duties:Provide onsite supervision and sub-contractor management through the completion of Construction Management projects. Onsite Supervision for our Construction Management projects until final completion of project. Manage on-site job supervisorsManage sub-contractorsSchedulingDrawings and construction interpretationsQuality controlDaily reports and project documentationCustomer relationsJob site safetyWork with the Safety Director to oversee site safety, making sure all processes and practices are conducted in a safe mannerOther duties as assigned CompensationThe starting pay range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
