Data Center Superintendent

Data Center Superintendent Oversee all phases of data center construction from ground-up through commissioning. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution. Manage daily site operations, enforce safety protocols, and maintain a clean and organized job site. Interpret and apply architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications. Conduct inspections, track RFIs, and review shop drawings and testing reports. Maintain detailed daily reports including progress photos, weather conditions, and manpower logs. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and local officials to resolve issues and drive solutions. Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets while maintaining high standards of quality. Data Center Superintendent Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial ground-up construction; data center or mission-critical experience preferred. Strong understanding of MEP systems and commissioning processes. Ability to manage complex schedules and coordinate multiple trades. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and specifications. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Comfortable using construction management software and Microsoft Office tools.
