Job Title: Adobe AEP Lead/ArchitectLocation: Atlanta, GA (3 Days Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Client: Retail DomainJob Summary:We are looking for a highly hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant who can independently drive end-to-end implementations, take full ownership, and act as a strong single point of contact (SPOC). The ideal candidate should be execution-focused, proactive, and capable of leading from the front without dependency on external teams.Key Responsibilities:Independently lead and deliver end-to-end AEP implementations across enterprise environmentsDesign and implement XDM schemas, RT-CDP, data ingestion pipelines, and activation strategiesAct as a self-reliant SPOC, driving execution without reliance on external support (ACS or others)Proactively identify risks and define clear mitigation strategies early in the lifecycleCollaborate with business, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutionsEnsure strong ownership, accountability, and delivery excellenceRequired Skills:Strong hands-on experience in AEP (not just advisory)Expertise in RT-CDP, XDM, Identity Service, Segmentation, Data StreamsProven ability to drive implementation independently and deliver resultsExperience in enterprise-scale environments (Retail preferred)Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsIdeal Candidate Profile:Execution-driven consultant who can lead from the frontDemonstrated ability to own delivery end-to-endProactive mindset with risk identification and mitigation capabilityMinimal dependency on external teams; strong self-sufficiency
