Lead TMS (Transportation Management System) Configurator

PurposeThis position is responsible for Designing, Configuring, Testing, Implementing and Supporting capabilities for Transportation Management and Supply-Chain management related applications.Minimum Eligibility RequirementsBachelor's degree (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education)10+ years System configuration & implementation experience required to perform the essential functions of the job with atleast 3+ years of experience in solution designingExperience with any TMS Supply Chain industry applications with configuration knowledgeKnowledge in Manhattan Associates TM Active software product is an added advantageExperience with SQL (mysql/postgres), JSON, Postman toolExperience with Excel (vlookup/xloopup, Marcos)Experience in any test management and change management software such as qTest (Test Case management tool) and Service Now (Help Desk Software).Experience with Agile development methodology to support Product Manager / Product Owner is identifying User Stories, write user stories, backlog refinement, sprint planning etc.Understand technology limited to the database tables, integration architectureExcellent communication, problem solving and data analysis skillsExcellent decision-making skillsHigh level of customer serviceEssential FunctionsThe individual who fills this position should have solid TMS knowledge. The required skills/experience includes:Customer focused approach to ensure application availability for day-to-day business operationsIdentifies risks and issues and escalates as necessary.
