Remote T&D EstimatorLocation: Remote (U.S.) - MidAtlantic/NorthEast basedCompany Headquarters: PennsylvaniaSalary: $120,000 - $160,000 + BenefitsWe are exclusively retained by our client to identify an experienced Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Estimator for a full-time remote opportunity. This is an immediate hire with a well-established organization delivering utility infrastructure projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.While the role is fully remote, candidates must be based in the Mid-Atlantic or Northeast U.S. to attend occasional high-level company meetings and leadership sessions as needed.ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for transmission and distribution projects.Analyze project drawings, specifications, scope documents, and customer requirements.Develop detailed labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor pricing.Collaborate with operations, engineering, project management, and business development teams throughout the bid process.Evaluate project risks, assumptions, and value engineering opportunities.Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information.Support proposal development and participate in client discussions when required.QualificationsProven experience estimating electric transmission and distribution (T&D) projects.Strong understanding of utility construction practices, materials, labor, and project execution.Experience reviewing drawings, technical specifications, and bid documentation.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple estimates while meeting tight deadlines.Highly Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting projects with any of the following utilities is highly desirable:Exelon and its subsidiariesFirstEnergyNational GridEversourceCandidates with established utility relationships and knowledge of these organizations will be given strong consideration.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $120,000 - $160,000, depending on experienceFully remote positionComprehensive benefits packageLong-term career growth with a respected industry leaderApplicants must be U.S. citizens or otherwise authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.This is an exclusive search, and our client is looking to move quickly.
