About the job IT / Application SupportIT / Application Support Onsite in Brea, CABrighton Solutions is seeking an IT / Application Support professional to join our team on a contract basis in Brea, California. This onsite role supports a busy engineering services office with day-to-day technical needs ranging from computer support and printer management to application troubleshooting and user assistance.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other office hardwareSupport users with software and application issuesAssist with onboarding/offboarding of employees from an IT perspectiveMaintain and manage IT inventory and documentationRespond to support requests in a timely and professional mannerCRM support: Salesforce and Microsoft DynamicsSymphony & WordPressAbout the Role:Location: Onsite in Brea, CADuration: 6-12 months (with potential to extend or become long-term)Type: Contract / TemporaryWork Environment: Office-based, supporting engineering and technical teams Benefits Offered: Brighton Solutions offers competitive benefits for contract employees, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
