*Position Description:*
As the *Kitchen Manager*, you will be the lead chef at a chapter house, responsible for the overall success of the meal program. You will oversee cooking and meal preparation, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients. The best Kitchen Managers are not only skilled cooks but also exceptional leaders who take pride in customer service and kitchen management. You will actively listen to feedback, continuously improving the dining experience, and work to meet the evolving needs of the house.

Campus Manager
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive feedback implementation and thorough follow-up
* Collaborate with the Campus Manager to design and adapt menus to meet the preferences of the house
* Cook and serve hot, quality meals daily
* Communicate regularly with your supervisor to ensure client needs are being met
* Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
* Manage and track product inventory efficiently
*Required Knowledge and Skills:*
* Basic understanding of universities, fraternities, and sororities is helpful but not required
* General technology skills, including familiarity with smartphone apps, texts, and emails
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on rapport-building, attention to detail, and follow-up
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
* Ability to create meals that are both delicious and tailored to client preferences
* Experience in cooking, kitchen management, and food ordering
* Experience with "repeat customer service" environments, such as country clubs, is a plus
* Professionalism and a commitment to providing excellent client service
*Qualifications:*
* 4+ years of high-volume culinary experience
* Adherence to safety practices and sanitation standards
* ServSafe certified (or able to obtain certification)
* Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
* Expertise in managing on-the-fly requests with ease and professionalism
* Knowledge of food ordering, inventory control, and kitchen operations
