Documentation Specialist

Our client, is seeking a dedicated Documentation Specialist to join their team. As a Documentation Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting sanitation and production teams.     Job Title: Documentation Specialist Location: Franklin, WI Pay Range:$21.50 What's the Job? Create sanitation operating instructions, manuals, and assembly instructions to support sanitation and production teams in completing cleaning tasks efficiently. Gather information through research, statistical reports, and interviews with technical staff to develop accurate documentation. Translate business specifications into clear, user-friendly documentation for various audiences. Develop and maintain document flow diagrams and user-training materials to enhance operational understanding. Ensure all documentation adheres to quality standards and supports continuous process improvement initiatives. What's Needed? Associate's Degree is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. 1 - 5 years of related documentation experience, preferably within manufacturing environments. Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to review documents for grammar, content, and style. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
