We’re seeking passionate, professional, and detail-oriented Nail Technicians to join our growing team. Job Summary Structure Gel, Gel X, Poly Gel, Hard Gel, Sculpted Gel, and Nail Art. Experience with Russian manicure techniques is a plus. We also have room for dual licenses nail technicians that are licensed estheticians and are interested in performing waxing services. Our clientele is sophisticated and seeks high-end, quality-focused services in a calm and professional setting. Responsibilities Nail & SPA Services Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, structure gel, gel x, poly gel, hard gel, sculpted gel, and nail art Provide client consultations, offering expert advice on nail care and design. Stay updated on current nail trends, techniques, and products Client Interaction Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable spa experience. Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews. Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Handle walk-ins and assist with client inquiries. Assist clients in selecting the right services or packages based on their preferences. Promote and provide accurate information about salon spa services, pricing, and promotions. Handle client feedback or complaints with professionalism and escalate as needed. Appointment and Scheduling Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the booking system. Communicate appointment schedules and client needs to nail technicians and other staff. Sales and Payments Process payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other methods. Assist in upselling salon products and services to enhance client experience and boost sales. Salon Standards Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Assist with inventory and ensure tools and products are well-maintained. Maintain client records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Salon Coordination Support salon staff by supervising waiting areas and assisting with client inquiries. Support the salon team during busy periods with administrative assistance. Open and close the salon independently, ensuring all procedures are followed for setting up and securing the space; must be responsible and trustworthy as you will have your own key Qualifications Valid manicurist license required or esthetician license if you wish to preform spa services. Working with manicures, pedicures, Nail art, Builder gel manicures, gel x, poly gel, hard gel, sculpted gel Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the beauty industry. Must be available to work: Tuesday- Saturday 10am - 6:30pm Experience 3 year of salon experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A “good vibes only” attitude, fostering an uplifting and welcoming atmosphere for clients and colleagues alike Proficient in scheduling software or willing to learn quickly Certification in cosmetology or a state nail technician license is preferred Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
