This one unlocks the revenue already inside Telnyx's customer base — and there's a lot of it.As a Growth AE (Expansion), you sit at the intersection of SDR and AE. You own pipeline creation within existing accounts, identifying and opening cross-sell opportunities across the Telnyx product stack — Voice AI, WhatsApp, calling, geo expansion, and more — then partnering with Account Executives to co-sell and close. You're not farming. You're hunting inside the base.This role exists because our customers are already building on Telnyx. They trust us. They just don't know everything we can do for them yet. That's where you come in.What You'll DoAnalyze an assigned book of existing customers to identify expansion gaps and untapped product opportunitiesRun targeted outbound directly into existing accounts — personalized, product-led, and insight-drivenOpen and qualify expansion opportunities across the full product suite: Voice AI, WhatsApp Business, programmatic calling, international number expansion, and morePartner with Account Executives to co-sell and drive opportunities to closeWork closely with Customer Success to surface signals — usage patterns, product gaps, growth triggersMaintain accurate pipeline and activity data in SalesforceFeed product and GTM teams with customer intelligence from the fieldWhat You BringB2B sales experience — BDR/SDR, SMB AE, or similar — with a track record of outbound execution and pipeline creationA hunter mentality applied to existing accounts, not just net newStrong account research skills — you can dig into a customer and find the angleComfort selling technical products to developers, ops leaders, and technical buyersClear, concise communicator — written and verbalExperience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach, etc.)Bonus PointsExperience in CPaaS, UCaaS, telecom, or developer platformsFamiliarity with products like WhatsApp Business API, Voice AI, or SIP/calling infrastructureYou've worked in a hybrid SDR/AE or expansion-focused role beforeMEDDPICC or similar sales methodology experienceWhy This Role MattersTelnyx's product suite is broad — and most customers are only using a fraction of it.
