Job Description: Program Manager New Product Development Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager New Product Development to lead and coordinate end-to-end product development initiatives from concept to launch. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving project timelines, ensuring product quality, and aligning business objectives with successful product delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage new product development programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.Define project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.Coordinate with engineering, product management, operations, quality, procurement, and marketing teams.Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of products within scope and budget.Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership.Ensure compliance with product quality, regulatory, and business standards.Drive continuous improvement in NPD processes, tools, and methodologies.Support product launch planning and transition to production or operations teams.Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Product Management, or related field.Strong understanding of New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle and stage-gate processes.Experience managing cross-functional and global teams.Proficiency in project management tools such as:Microsoft ProjectJiraAsanaSmartsheetStrong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Preferred QualificationsPMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.Experience in manufacturing, technology, healthcare, automotive, consumer products, or related industries.Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
