Sales Representative
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and other referral sources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping providers deliver the best care to their patients.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers who may benefit from compounded medications.
Educate providers on the benefits of customized therapies and the range of compounding solutions offered by the pharmacy.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by driving new account growth and expanding existing accounts.
Represent the pharmacy at local networking events, trade shows, and professional meetings.
Collaborate with internal pharmacy staff to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and territory performance.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or compounding pharmacy sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel locally/regionally to meet with providers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
