Deliver direct patient care, including administering treatments as prescribed, assisting nurses and physicians with various procedures and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken and patient responses.Administer prescribed medications, including medications given through established parenteral/intravenous infusions as prescribed by physician or standard protocols and document according to policy.Document and report patient condition, care delivery and post procedure follow up.
