Service delivery is collaborative, family driven and youth guided, with a focus on individual and family strengths, needs, and preferences.As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding service delivery through supervision and administrative oversight utilizing principles of Wraparound model and evidence based practices.Responsibilities:Use evidence-based practices to engage families and coordinate care with other providers for continuity of servicesParticipate in an inter-agency Systems of Care Service Plan with involved state agencies, outpatient therapists, court personnel, primary care providers, educational advocates, and others involved with the family, when indicated.Guide the delivery of services, formulate treatment, and communicate regularly with the treatment team.Provide clinical and administrative supervision to program staff.Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and ensure thorough orientation of new team membersQualifications:Must hold a current Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LMHC)5 years of experience working in behavioral health setting with youth and familiesValid driver's license and a reliable vehicleSchedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (hybrid flexibility)Annual Salary$70,000-$80,000 USDAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
