This marks the fourth consecutive year that Infinx India has achieved certification and the first time the company has earned recognition in the U.S.Location: Remote with expected work hours to be a set schedule between 7am - 7pm CentralDaily Responsibilities:Analyzing and resolving credit balancesRun system reportsApproving all Patient and Insurance Refunds to ensure accuracyCollaborating with other departmentsOversight of the remediation of credit balances to ensure all accounts are researched and worked accuratelyManage client emailsResearch and initiate refund on all patient accounts with credit balances when appropriateAssist credit balance team members with day-to-day questions, issues, or problemsMeet with credit team members regularly to provide feedback and mentoringDevelop and maintain training materials to conduct training and mentoring sessions for new and existing staffServe as a back up credit balance associate when team members are on PTOVerify credit balance team is working correspondence and refund letters in a timely mannerResponsible for Payer Credit audits and Medicare Credit ReportAny other duties as assignedSkills and Education:High School Diploma or equivalent Experience reading EOBs  Thorough understanding of hospital and physician's clinic cash posting processAt least 3 years of Revenue Cycle Management experienceAt least 1 year of Leadership experienceKnowledge of medical billing and insurance practicesEPIC experience preferredProblem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks efficientlyAbility to quickly adapt to and proficiently navigate diverse software applications required to manage assigned tasksAbility to exercise independent judgement when neededDetail-oriented with time management and analytical skillsBe a self-starter and quick learnerWork well independently and as a teamMaintain regular attendance and punctualityCompany Benefits and Perks:Joining Infinx comes with an array of benefits, flexible work hours when possible, and a genuine sense of belonging to a dynamic and growing organization.Access to a 401(k) Retirement Savings PlanComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision CoveragePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysAdditional benefits, including Pet Care Coverage, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and discounted servicesIf you are a dedicated and experienced Credit Balance Lead ready to contribute to our mission and be part of our diverse and inclusive community, we invite you to apply and join our team at Infinx.
