Job description:Account Executive – Court Reporting & Document Retrieval (Remote)$80K–$100K Base + Uncapped Commission | High Six-Figure PotentialAbout the RoleCompex Legal Services is a national provider of court reporting, medical record retrieval, and record summarization services supporting law firms and legal organizations nationwide.We are seeking a revenue-driven Account Executive to grow a portfolio of legal accounts. This is a quota-carrying role responsible for expanding utilization of court reporting and document retrieval services while developing new business within your territory.While many of our clients operate in litigation-focused environments, this role is positioned to serve the broader legal industry. We recognize that sales professionals in court reporting often call on a wide range of legal practices — not solely insurance defense — and we welcome candidates with experience selling across diverse law firm verticals.The ideal candidate understands how legal teams manage cases — from ordering records and organizing medical documentation to scheduling depositions — and can position Compex as a reliable partner across those core workflows.What You’ll DoOwn a defined territory and revenue quotaDevelop account strategies to increase adoption of court reporting and medical record retrieval servicesIdentify opportunities to expand into record summarization and related litigation support offeringsDrive new client acquisition within law firms and legal organizationsBuild relationships with partners, associates, paralegals, and legal operations stakeholdersServe as the primary strategic contact for client growth conversationsPartner with operations to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfactionMaintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecastingRequired Experience3+ years selling court reporting, records retrieval, or litigation support services to law firms or legal organizationsDemonstrated quota attainment and revenue growthProven ability to expand accounts and close new businessStrong executive-level communication and relationship-building skillsPreferredExisting relationships within litigation-focused or other legal practice areasExperience selling into claims organizations, staff counsel, panel counsel, or broader law firm environmentsExperience managing a remote territory independently
