Babysitter for Children on the Spectrum

We are seeking a reliable babysitter to assist with three children while managing household tasks and work. The position is located in Birmingham, AL, starting on Friday, May 01, 2026 at 5:00 PM and ending on Saturday, May 02, 2026 at 1:00 AM. Your main responsibilities include assisting Channing, Sterling, and Charlee with their daily needs. Key tasks include helping Channing with his online class and snack time, welcoming Sterling and aiding his transitions, caring for Charlee, and managing all three children during the afternoon into early evening. The sitter should have experience with children on the spectrum, be confident in maintaining calm, predictable routines, and follow detailed transition notes with “First-Then” statements. Feeding will be required and you must ensure to avoid Channing's allergies to tree nuts, sesame seeds, and pistachios. Parking is available on the left side of the driveway.
