A specialized role is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with expertise in school-based services and teletherapy. This contract position involves managing a high school caseload, focusing on speech-language interventions delivered both in-person and via telepractice. The setting is a school environment located in Lansing, MI.Key responsibilities include:Providing speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 37 high school students.Conducting sessions during school hours from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with potential adjustments based on the therapist's schedule and caseload needs.Utilizing teletherapy platforms to deliver remote speech-language pathology services effectively.Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals and current standards.Collaborating with educational staff to ensure integrated support and progress tracking.Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with professional regulations and school policies.Preferred qualifications or experience:Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.Experience delivering telepractice speech-language services in school settings.Skilled in working with high school-aged students and managing a diverse caseload.Ability to adapt schedules and caseload demands to meet the dynamic needs of students.
