Education:Empower clients and their caregivers with strategies that reinforce safety, progress, and independence. Collaboration:Document services using EMR and communicate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.What You Bring to the Team Licensure:CurrentSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Minnesota . Experience:A passion for patient-centered care. Experience with EMR is preferred. Logistics:A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the Twin Cities metro.
