Medical Director - Memphis, TN Job type - Full time Shift - Flexible Job Description: • Directly deliver evidence-based care to patients according to the agreed upon schedule and protocols based on the Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Medical Officer recommendations (at least 70% direct patient care).• Participate in clinical related data analysis and interpretation, generate, and assess reports to analyze characterization of the patient population, providers, and practice performance• Performs and documents chart reviews for the assigned providers• Oversee the activities of providers, including the recruitment, training, and performance processes• Assist the CMO and CCO in developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to remain compliant with federal and state regulations and codesQualifications & Requirements:• Licensed to practice, preferably in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Endocrinology• Must be an actively practicing MD or DO• Minimum of 5 years practicing as an MD• Minimum of 2 years working in a leadership roleBenefits:All Standard benefits are provided
