Abatement Worker / Supervisor - ColoradoHudspeth Inc.Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hourPosition OverviewHudspeth Inc. is seeking experienced and safety-focused Abatement Workers / Supervisors to support environmental remediation and abatement operations on industrial and heavy civil construction projects throughout Colorado. This position is responsible for performing and overseeing abatement activities in accordance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and project specifications while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and production.The ideal candidate will possess hands-on abatement experience, leadership capability, and the ability to coordinate field operations while working alongside crews in active construction and industrial environments.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform and supervise asbestos, lead, mold, and other environmental abatement activitiesEnsure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, local, and company safety requirementsCoordinate daily field activities, crew assignments, and production schedulesConduct site inspections and maintain containment areas and regulated work zonesProperly utilize PPE, respirators, and specialized abatement equipmentComplete required documentation including daily reports, safety documentation, and project trackingCommunicate effectively with project management, safety personnel, subcontractors, and field crewsMonitor work quality and ensure projects are completed safely and efficientlyAssist with setup, teardown, waste handling, and material disposal proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work environmentQualificationsPrevious abatement and environmental remediation experience requiredSupervisory or crew leadership experience preferredCurrent asbestos and/or lead certifications preferredAbility to wear respiratory protection and PPE for extended periodsKnowledge of OSHA safety standards and environmental regulationsAbility to work in industrial, commercial, and outdoor construction environmentsStrong communication and organizational skillsReliable transportation and ability to travel to project sites as neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipmentAbility to stand, walk, climb, bend, and work in confined or elevated areasAbility to work in varying weather and job site conditionsBenefitsHudspeth Inc. offers a competitive compensation package, opportunities for advancement, and a strong commitment to employee safety and development.Hudspeth Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
