Your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail will help us navigate complex legal landscapes confidently and efficiently.This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and mitigate legal risks.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including licensing agreements, service agreements, and partnership arrangementsProvide clear, actionable legal advice to internal teams on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk managementProvide legal support for the construction, operation and development of manufacturingCollaborate closely with Finance, HR, Operations, Procurement and other departments to provide comprehensive legal support for factories in the U.S.Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant across all jurisdictionsAdvise on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulationsAssist in managing disputes, investigations, and litigation processes by coordinating with external counsel when necessaryDevelop and deliver training sessions on legal topics to promote awareness and adherence throughout the organizationSupport mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions by conducting due diligence and drafting transaction documentsMaintain organized records of legal documents, policies, and correspondence for easy access and reference QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active license to practice law in relevant jurisdiction(s)3-5 years of prior experience in corporate law at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal departmentLegal work experience in the automotive industryLicensed to practice law in the U.S.Proven experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar role within a corporate environmentStrong understanding of commercial law, contract law, intellectual property rights, and regulatory frameworksExcellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and confidentlyDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail in all work activitiesProficiency in legal research tools and MS Office suite; familiarity with contract management software is a plus Pay range and compensation packageJoin us as we champion innovation with a steadfast commitment to ethical practices!
