Sales Specialist - Oil & Gas

Job Description MissionResponsible for managing strategic customer relationships in North America within the Oil & Gas segment, to drive revenue and profitable growth of DMV's O&G product portfolio. This role will act as the primary commercial interface between the customer and DMV's organization, ensuring excellent commercial attention and services, from quote to product delivery.The O&G specialist will focus on the development and expansion of the customer base, through deep understanding of products and applications.Main ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibility for O&G portfolio in North AmericaQuantify volumes, revenues and profitability opportunity related to existing and new customers and applicationsIdentify opportunities for product developmet and value creation via technical collaboration.Develop and execute customer action plans to achieve commercial targets.Develop and conduct market & product presentations at customer and eventsMonitor and analyze competitors activity and key industry trendsDevelopment and realisation of regional sales strategyComposition, controlling and responsibility for regional sales budgetSales reportingContribute to the management and Development of a growing commercial teamSkills and RequirementsDegree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of sales experience in industrial B2B sector, pipe / tubular product experience preferredStrong knowledge of the O&G marketExcellent negotiation skills and experience with complex pricing and contract termsSolid technical understanding of tube/pipe products and their applicationsStrong analytical abilities for budgeting, forecasting, and market analysisCustomer-focused communicator with strong relationship-building skillsIndependent, results-oriented work style with high accountabilityAbility to collaborate effectively across departments.Willingness and ability to travel regularly (> 40%)Company Description DMV is one of the leading global manufacturers of seamless stainless steel and nickel-based alloy tubes and pipes.
