B2B Sales Team Lead

To establish and develop a high-performing sales function, the full-time remote B2B Sales Team Lead will manage the sales team, optimize sales processes, and lead CRM implementation while driving operational excellence. Key responsibilitiesManage the sales team structure, define responsibilities, and set quotas and KPIs Design and continuously optimize the end-to-end sales process from qualification to closing Lead CRM implementation, ensuring full team adoption through training and supportRequired qualifications5+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role Proven experience in building and scaling sales functions from scratch Strong existing client network within relevant industries Hands-on experience with CRM selection and implementation Fluent in English with a strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
