Sales Leader
To support the evolution of sales strategies, the full-time Sales Leader will manage and develop a team of Account Executives, focusing on coaching, driving outbound pipeline generation, and enhancing account and partner relationships in a collaborative remote environment.
Key responsibilitiesLead and coach a team of Account Executives, providing real-time guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment
Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies using sales engagement tools to optimize outreach efforts
Oversee account management strategies to maximize customer retention, expansion, and partner satisfactionRequired qualificationsProven experience in building and scaling full-lifecycle sales teams, including both new business and account management
Expertise with modern sales technologies such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, and CRMs
Deep understanding of contemporary sales methodologies like MEDDIC and Challenger
Data-driven leadership style with strong coaching instincts and conflict navigation skills
Ability to maintain visibility into team activity and pipeline health using CRM data
