Machine Operator I – Injection Molding OperatorTemp-to-Hire | $18.75/Hour | 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Baldwin ParkWe are hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing company producing small plastic components used in medical products.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate injection molding and assembly equipment; training is providedCollect and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standardsAssemble and package small plastic partsFollow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelinesPerform basic computer data entryMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork as part of a team to meet daily production goalsPerform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periodsQualificationsManufacturing, assembly, or injection molding experience preferred but not requiredBasic computer skillsStrong attention to detail and reliabilityGood hand coordination for handling small plastic partsComfortable with repetitive work and packagingAbility to stand for extended periodsMust be willing to work the assigned overnight shiftMust be willing to work overtime as neededMust be comfortable working with small plastic components
