This role requires attention to detail, adherence to strict quality standards, and the ability to follow work instructions accurately.RESPONSIBILITIES:Operator I employees are responsible for performing basic machine operations, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean and compliant workspace.They work closely with the Shift Lead and Production Supervisor to meet production goals and uphold RenyMed’s commitment to excellence.QUALIFICATIONS:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.Industry Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.Basic Skills: Proficiency in basic math, computer skills, and the ability to read and follow work instructions in English.REQUIRED SKILLS:Machine Operation & Production: Basic understanding of injection molding machines and manufacturing processes. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention-to-detail.Quality & Compliance: Strong visual inspection skills with the ability to identify defects and non-conforming parts. Understanding of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and GMP standards in medical device manufacturing.Communication & Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with Shift Leads, Production Supervisors, and team members. Strong verbal communication skills to report machine issues and quality concerns.Safety & Organization: Commitment to following safety guidelines, company policies, and cleanroom protocols. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.Physical Requirements: Ability to complete tasks that require standing or sitting for an entire shift.
