Location: United States (Remote)
Compensation: $50 per hour
Engagement Type: Contract (20–40 hours per week)
Commitment: Minimum 12-month engagement

The company is seeking a Delivery Manager / Client Success Lead responsible for managing client engagements and ensuring software projects are delivered smoothly from kickoff through completion.
The role sits at the center of project execution and client communication. The Delivery Manager coordinates engineering teams, QA, and design resources while maintaining clear communication with clients.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in managing software development projects, and comfortable operating in a client-facing consulting environment.
Responsibilities Client Management
Lead weekly client meetings and provide project updates
Communicate timelines, milestones, and risks clearly
Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships
Handle client questions, requests, and follow-ups
Project Management
Organize project timelines and delivery schedules
Maintain Jira or project tracking systems
Assign and track engineering tasks
Ensure work progresses according to agreed milestones
Scope Management
Identify new feature requests or scope changes
Coordinate with engineering leadership to estimate additional work
Communicate scope adjustments and timelines with clients
Delivery Oversight
Coordinate work across engineers, QA, and design teams
Ensure releases are properly tested and ready for production
Monitor progress across multiple active projects
Escalate risks or delays early
Required Experience 6+ years experience in delivery management, project management, or client success
Experience managing software development or technical consulting projects
Strong client communication and relationship management skills
Experience coordinating engineering teams in remote environments
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar systems
Ideal Candidate Profile Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple software projects simultaneously
Strong communicator capable of translating technical work into clear client updates
Experienced in consulting or agency delivery environments
Able to operate independently and keep teams aligned
