You will own the end-to-end delivery of hiring for defined role segments, ensuring recruitment is executed with pace, discipline and a strong candidate experience, aligned to TTC’s global standards and processes. Through effective coordination, pipeline management and structured hiring delivery, you will drive reliable and scalable hiring outcomes that support TTC’s ongoing growth for our global travel brands across North America.WHAT YOU'LL DORecruitment Delivery & Execution - Deliver efficient, high-quality end-to-end recruitment for defined role segments.Manage full recruitment lifecycle for operational, high-volume and repeat rolesScreen, assess and shortlist candidates using structured criteriaProgress candidates through interviews and assessments in line with global frameworksWork closely with hiring managers to drive timely decisions and maintain hiring momentumRecruitment Operations, Process & ATS Excellence - Ensure recruitment processes are executed consistently, efficiently, and in line with global standards.Manage requisitions, job postings and workflows within DayforceCoordinate interviews across candidates and hiring teamsMaintain high standards of ATS data accuracy, integrity and complianceSupport offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding handoverTalent Sourcing & Pipeline Development -Build and maintain strong pipelines to support efficient, cost-effective hiring.Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and outreachBuild and maintain pipelines for repeat and high-volume rolesEngage passive candidates and nurture talent pools over timeSupport reduction in agency reliance through effective direct sourcingCandidate Experience & Communication - Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned to TTC’s service culture and candidate experience standards.Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the processEnsure timely, clear and professional communicationDeliver against defined SLAs (e.g. feedback timelines, communication standards)Identify opportunities to improve candidate journey and touchpointsPerformance, Metrics & Continuous Improvement - Drive disciplined execution through data, insight and continuous improvement.Track pipeline activity, sourcing effectiveness and conversion metricsSupport reporting on key TA KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline health, sourcing mix)Deliver against agreed SLAs and performance expectationsIdentify and implement improvements to workflows and efficiencyWHAT YOU'LL BRING3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, sourcing, or TA coordinationExperience managing high-volume or operational hiringStrong experience working with ATS systems and recruitment processes (Dayforce or equivalent)Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environmentExperience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals)Recruitment coordination and pipeline managementBasic recruitment reporting and metricsQuality and attention to detail by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high standards in all work, minimizing risk and reworkResiliency and drive by maintaining energy and focus in challenging environments, persisting to achieve resultsCommunication and influence skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas, build rapport, and influence others to achieve effective outcomesStrong collaboration and ability to work effectively across teams, building strong relationships to deliver shared goalsCustomer focus with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that create a high-quality, consistent experienceNICE TO HAVEExperience recruiting across both USA and Canadian markets is strongly preferredExposure to structured hiring frameworks and SLAsExperience in travel, hospitality or customer-facing industriesFamiliarity with automation or AI recruitment toolsROLE SUCCESS CRITERIASuccess in this role is measured through delivery, efficiency, and cost impact:Hiring Delivery: Roles filled efficiently within agreed time-to-fill SLAsProcess Discipline: High ATS accuracy and compliance with global standardsPipeline Strength: Ready pipelines for repeat and priority rolesCost Efficiency: Increased direct sourcing contribution, reduced agency relianceCandidate Experience: Timely communication and positive candidate feedbackOTHER:Work Location: Hybrid (combination of in-person and remote) in Costa Mesa, CAThe Travel Corporation is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against race, color, creed, sex, gender, religion, marital status, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or any other consideration made unlawful by federal, state, or local laws or ordinances.
