Don't wait... apply today!Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule high-volume, complex interviews across multiple time zones, including travel and accommodations when needed Serve as a host for onsite candidates, ensuring a smooth and welcoming interview experience Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class candidate journey Maintain data accuracy and integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)RequirementsQualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting or HR coordination role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) is a plusPreferred Attributes A strong sense of ownership and a get-it-done attitude Interest in growing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Enthusiasm for process improvement and operational excellence Are you interested ?
