An acute care hospital in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead their Outpatient Infusion Pharmacy specializing in oncology care. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a chance to manage and staff a dynamic team supporting cancer treatment infusion services within a well-established healthcare facility.Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the outpatient infusion pharmacy, managing a staff of 2-3 pharmacists and 3 technicians, and ensuring safe and accurate preparation of IV and chemotherapy medications. The manager will focus on operational leadership rather than PIC duties, with hours scheduled between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm.
